TECHNOLOGY

Wine-making, as well as production of alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages is both a technological process and an art which combines modern technology, quality of equipment and raw material with continuous development and search of original solutions. Our factory of medium sizes is equipped with 3 “Borelli” bottling lines, a Bag-in-Box line and a line for bottling of soft drinks acquired more recently. The production capacity of our factory is 10 000 bottles per hour. As well, we have our own modern laboratory, warehouses and stainless steel tanks of high capacity. New technologies and carefully selected raw material ensure the production of high quality beverages, bottled in modern package, while the high performance equipment allows expense optimization. “Cascadvin” was the first company on Moldovan market to use the screw cap for bottling wines.

PRODUCTS

Effective business organization, professional talents and committed team ensure the production reasonably priced quality products. Our product portfolio includes:

• Alcoholic products: sparkling wine, still wines, dessert wines, vodka and brandy

• Soft drinks: bottled water, sweet soft drinks and kvass

  Artesian water extracted in an ecologically clean zone from 160 m depth is used for the production of all beverages.

• Pasta

  In 2009 a brand new modernly equipped division is opened. It specializes in the production of pasta. That is when “Marita” brand is created.
