The Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Program is a legal and policy program that aims to better understand the causes of corporate misconduct and how to ensure effective enforcement and compliance. NYU Law boasts some of the country`s outstanding commercial and bankruptcy faculty; Her interests include contract law theory, consumer credit, contracts and privacy issues in the online world, as well as the limits of the powers of insolvency courts.

Several distinguished former judges are also part of our faculty, including Arthur Gonzalez LLM `90. The Faculty of Law offers an unparalleled selection of courses, seminars and symposia in international, comparative and foreign law. In fact, there are more than 60 courses usually taught each year in these areas, and international law is now an elective course in its first year. Students develop transversal skills between traditionally studied areas separately, such as commercial and environmental law, intellectual property and human rights, as well as global antitrust law and international labor law. The Hauser Global Law School program brings faculty and scholars from around the world to New York to teach, study, and collaborate.
